I am an accomplished organizational development and social impact leader with more than 25 years of cross-sector experience particularly in non-profit, higher education, and government. I specialize in executive leadership, organizational capacity building, systems change, and conflict dynamics, with a career spanning 13 countries across five continents. I have held senior roles including Country Director for the Peace Corps, CEO of Global Response Medicine, Program Director for the American Friends Service Committee, and Executive Director of several non-profit organizations. I have extensive experience both developing curricula and delivering leadership, conflict resolution, safety & security courses and training for diverse organizations. I hold a PhD in organizational leadership and social justice, an MA in conflict transformation, and a BS in environmental science.
