My name is Pascale Elie, and I am the co-founder and chairperson of HaitiPay, first private fintech regulated in Haiti. HaitiPay initially launched as a mobile wallet operator in collaboration with the national commercial bank. Today, it provides a range of digital payment solutions, and serving as a hub for financial institutions (banks and digital wallets) to facilitate transactions between accounts, across different institutions, and for international remittances, allowing direct deposits into mobile wallets and bank accounts.
