Meg Charron is a dynamic and accomplished creative professional with a multifaceted background in media, nonprofit leadership, and storytelling. She was named one of TulsaPeople Magazine’s “People to Watch” for her influence in the arts and cultural landscape of Oklahoma.
Meg served as Deputy Director of OKPOP, the Oklahoma Museum of Popular Culture, where she led public programming, community engagement, and creative development initiatives. She also hosted and produced The OKPOP Radio Hour podcast, a lively and insightful show that explored pop culture through the lens of Oklahoma’s rich artistic legacy.
In addition to her work in the nonprofit and museum sectors, Meg is the founder and producer of the Blue Whale Comedy Festival, a nationally recognized event that has helped position Tulsa as a destination for standup and alternative comedy. Her passion for storytelling and connection also extends to the literary world—she is currently writing a book on attachment styles and dating after 40.
