More than 15 years working for a SaaS. Starting out in the Consulting Call centre, assisting clients with any Software questions, training and data (SQL) related assistance.
Did a year of QA Manual testing for a Health Software company who unfortunately relocated to Ireland.
Back to the SaaS company, and was employed as the Consulting call centre Team Leader. A lot of processes were created to ensure optimal client service as well as growth in the team and to ensure positive work environment.
Then were offered Project Coordinator role. Here I've had to relook at software and processes used, and find the best way, across all departments involved, to ensure smooth and successful implementations or projects to current or new clients. Communication internally as well as with clients across all levels, are crucial. I handle conflict well, and can think out of the box fast to get a plan of action if needed.
