Later, he then used his knowledge of technology and people to manage a group-wide digital upskilling program of 600 employees in RHB Bank.
Looking to improve his skills, Akram aims to use his MBA to expand his breadth of knowledge and deep dive into Data Analytics to better understand employees and make data-driven decisions to achieve strategic business outcomes. The most recent project he conducted, was a culture enhancement project where he was able to use business research methods and data analytics to correctly map and identify culture gaps within the organization.
In his free time, Akram loves to explore new experiences and adventures, such as riding horses on the Mongolian plains, sailboat racing on the weekends and riding his motorcycle to discover new eateries with his friends.More...
