Since 1991, I have had the pleasure of working alongside individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities. My 30 years of experience in the field has been at all levels – from front line staff, to Case Manager, and eventually to President/CEO. I am a proven leader who doubled Gompers revenues and program participation, was the driving force behind opening a second campus focused on employment as well as the acquisition of another agency, introduced organizational efficiencies and the addition of new programming like the Assistive Technology program and adult literacy program. I have worked closely with advocacy groups, state funding sources and state legislators for the betterment of those we serve.
