I currently work at Tottus (Falabella Group), where I analyze full-funnel performance (traffic → conversion → purchase), identify friction points, and drive measurable improvements through CRO, analytics, and experimentation. My work spans Adobe Analytics, SQL, dashboards, and cross-functional collaboration with product, marketing, and ops teams.
Alongside my full-time role, I’m building LOIIAL, a Loyalty-as-a-Service SaaS focused on helping physical businesses capture offline data, increase retention, and turn everyday purchases into engaging, gamified experiences (points, missions, rewards, and insights).
