I hold a BA in New Media Art from Shanghai and an MA in Digital Art from the University of the Arts London (UK). Over the past decade, I’ve developed a unique cross-sector career that spans international art consultancy, sports event management, and cultural exchange.
My core mission is to use sport as a platform to build business and cultural bridges between countries. As Vice President of AFL China and General Manager of Football Operations (AFLW China), I’ve played a key role in growing the presence of Australian Rules Football in China. I’ve led the AFL Shanghai Dockers, hosting major tournaments, exhibition matches, and community education programs, helping connect international and local stakeholders through sport.
Previously, I worked extensively in the creative industries, managing international projects like the Lumen Prize in China—bringing over 100 Chinese digital artists into global conversations annually. This work sharpened my ability to localize global initiatives and build trusted partnerships across sectors.
Today, I continue to collaborate with international and domestic artists, brands, and sports organisations, supporting initiatives that combine cultural engagement, education, and business development across China and beyond.More...
