Introduction/Pitch
I am a board advisor and fractional CDO/COO/CIO. I am a free-thinking Strategist and Architect. I build frameworks to help SME’s and start-ups manage key business
processes. I do not believe in being fettered by just delivering the possible of today, I think about the probable of tomorrow and how it will benefit the users of the product/
solution and bottom line.I specialise in shaping and executing IT and data strategies as well as delivering product/solutions that unlock business value, enhance agility, and
enable digital innovation and transformation.
I have developed (and deployed) a well defined data management framework (GoPESTM) and I focus on helping others realise the value and importance of good data
management in a world increasingly reliant on data. I am passionate about data, its use and misuse. I have watched with fascination, and a certain degree of trepidation, as
many solutions/products have been pushed out to the market by many of the world’s largest companies without much of the correct thinking in design or implementation
(especially when it comes to data; its governance and ethics). I firmly believe in “unlocking the power of technology” and offering the correct strategy and advice, whilst
ensuring delivery and market fit. I believe with my wide range of experience, of both culture and delivery, I have a lot to offer.
I have also developed frameworks for APIs, Program and Process management and, Customer focused Business Operations ( these are detailed below). This wide range of
process capture understanding and design combined with solutions architecture gives me a keen insight into product development as well as GTM and PDLC (including
EOL).
Since the early 1990s I have been involved in nurturing and running startups. Recently, I have taken a far more ’hands on’ approach in establishing new business, developing
