As an athlete, Thibault represented France in more than 120 World Cup competitions and 11 World Championships, earning multiple World Cup silver medals and building a reputation for precision, discipline, and resilience. These same values guide his approach as a coach and mentor, inspiring the next generation of athletes in Miami.
Beyond sports, Thibault has delivered over 30 real estate development projects through FRIE, ranging from custom homes to multi-unit developments. His financial expertise extends to placement and investment strategies, overseeing an $8 billion pipeline of exclusive U.S. real estate deals with Carlton Group South Florida.
Today, Thibault leads Miami Fencing Academy with a vision to make fencing accessible to all — fostering technical excellence, mental strength, and community spirit.
