Shanti Michelagnoli is the Founder and Director of DIVANA, a fashion accessories brand based in Paraguay, where she leads both the company’s strategic direction and day-to-day operations. She has successfully positioned DIVANA as a differentiated player in the market, with a strong focus on personalized styling and brand identity.
Shanti holds a degree in Business Administration from Northeastern University in Boston, with dual concentrations in Management and Finance. She began her career in New York, gaining experience in the corporate sector, where she developed a strong foundation in financial analysis, business strategy, and operational efficiency within large organizations.
She later returned to Paraguay to build DIVANA, combining her financial and business expertise with a growing focus on brand-building and customer experience. To further strengthen her skill set, she completed a Master’s degree in Digital Marketing and E-commerce in Madrid, expanding her capabilities in growth strategy, digital channels, and consumer engagement.
