Steven Lifshey is an accomplished editor and award-winning filmmaker with over 20 years of experience in post-production. He’s edited content for networks including A&E, AMC, Discovery, Showtime, Comedy Central, and Food Network, with notable work on Hoarders, Breaking Bad, The Walking Dead, Dexter, and The Daily Show. His experience spans full-length series, short-form content, documentaries, and promos across a wide range of styles and formats.
As a filmmaker, Steven has written and directed multiple short films, including the mockumentary The Masterpiece and two award-winning titles: Life on Pause, which screened at 15 festivals and won multiple honors — including Best Short, Best Actor, and Best Ensemble — and Static Cling, which is currently on the festival circuit and has already received awards for Best Comedy, Best Ensemble, Best Director, and Best Supporting Actress. Life on Pause is now in development as a feature.
