Brazilian and Portuguese, my career has always been in the technology field. Currently, I am Head of Technology, with experience in several countries, including Brazil, USA, Portugal, Spain, Kazakhstan, Peru, among others. Thinking simply and building strong teams are the basis of my performance as a technology leader. I have experience in companies in the financial, electricity, and oil & gas sectors, with a major highlight being the transportation and mobility area, leading technology and innovation in airports, highways, and railways, in Brazil and around the world.
Transportation and Mobility

I have worked in hundreds of airports in Brazil and around the world, notably VCP, CNF, GRU, ORD, and LIM, including personal awards in innovation competitions from ANAC, the National Civil Aviation Agency.
In highways, I have worked in a dozen concessions such as Bandeirantes, Anhanguera, Castelo Branco, MSVia, ViaSul, among others, driving the digital transformation of control centers and the operation in general.
In railways and subways, the highlight was adopting technologies for control centers and operational engineering on lines 4, 5, 8, and 9 in São Paulo, the Bahia Metro in Salvador, and the Carioca Light Rail in Rio de Janeiro.
In Europe, I was responsible for digital cities and smart cities projects, leading the application of European funds in cities such as Seixal, Portugal.
Understanding people
===============
In recent years, I realized that simply mastering my area was not enough to maintain high performance. I needed to get to know people better. I dedicated myself to understanding the relationship between them and achieved new accomplishments, such as becoming a mediator and conciliator for the CNJ (National Council of Justice) and a Master Coach (yes, the one with the silicone bracelet). To further expand my knowledge, I pursued training in psychoanalysis and physical education.
