With over ten years of experience in systems and control engineering, I am passionate about applying my knowledge and skills to improve the performance, efficiency, and safety of power systems and aircraft engines. As a Steam Power Controls Engineer at GE Vernova, I design, test, and implement control solutions for various steam power applications, using advanced tools and methods such as model based testing, indsutrail controllers programming, and discrete event systems.
In addition to my current role, I also share my expertise and insights as a Lecturer at Tecnológico de Monterrey, where I teach courses on industrial networks and automation, control theory, and system modeling. I enjoy mentoring and guiding students with their final projects, and collaborating with other faculty and industry partners on research and innovation. I co-published a paper on a novel learning strategy based on speed-dating principles for remote digital synchronous learning, which has received positive feedback and recognition. I am fluent in Spanish and English, and have a strong academic background with a Master of Science in Systems and Control from Eindhoven University of Technology.More...
