• Supports in monitoring, reviewing evaluation, and ensuring compliance by the Company, its officers, and directors with relevant laws, the Code, rules and regulations, and all governance issuances of regulatory agencies;
• Supports in reports to its immediate superior if violations are found and recommends the imposition of appropriate disciplinary action;
• Supports in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of all documentary and electronic submissions as may be allowed under the rules and regulations of the Commission;
• Appear before the Commission when summoned concerning compliance with the Code and other relevant rules and regulations;
• Coordinate with other departments within the Company to properly address compliance issues, which may be subject to investigation;
• Identify possible areas of compliance issues and work towards the resolution of the same;
• Ensure the attendance of the members of the Board and key officers to relevant trainings; and
