I’ve spent the past 4+ years growing into an end-to-end ownership role spanning product, QA, customer success, and partnerships. I started out writing support articles and building our knowledge base, which gave me a strong foundation in how users actually experience the product. From there, I moved into QA and feature testing, getting deeper into the product itself and helping ensure things worked as expected before going live. That naturally led into owning customer success—I became the person closest to both the product and the user, handling partner needs, troubleshooting issues, and making sure our platform was actually delivering value. I now fully own customer success at the company. As the company grew, I moved firmly into product management—owning the backlog, defining requirements, and setting priorities based on real user behavior and business impact. I work closely with developers day-to-day to shape features from concept through release, while also managing QA to ensure quality across increasingly complex flows. Alongside this, I took on project management and key partnerships, acting as the bridge between external stakeholders and internal teams. Now I sit across product, QA, customer success, and partnerships. I help define product direction, make prioritization decisions grounded in data, and ensure what we build is both technically sound and commercially impactful. At the same time, I stay close to partners and users to make sure the product continues to meet real-world needs and drive revenue. More recently, I’ve been steering the team toward AI-driven workflows—removing manual bottlenecks from our development and QA processes, and introducing the most effective AI tools across product, operations, and customer success.
