As the founding CEO of a Y Combinator backed biotechnology startup, and then beyond, I've led cross-functional, globally distributed teams through high-growth stages from early research and development to organizational scaling while managing investor relations and executing on long-term strategic priorities.
I have also served as a strategic advisor to public and private institutions across sectors, and held executive roles in venture capital, where I supported innovation focused companies working on transformative global challenges.
I have planned and managed operations across organizations of varying scales, including a publicly traded investment firm. There, I was responsible for internal reporting and employee performance management, as well as public disclosures, media communications, and compliance with regulatory bodies—activities that demanded disciplined governance and clear communication. I also led human capital efforts, including hiring, performance evaluations, and ongoing staff development.
I was also previous an enterprise architect, I conducted research and provided high level recommendations to senior leadership. My work spanned a range of topics, from infrastructure planning and data management to enterprise restructuring with often translating complex technical analyses into actionable insights for a diverse group of stakeholders.
