At Sage (FTSE-listed software), Nuno co-created Sage Business Cloud and re-architected GTM and monetisation from perpetual to SaaS. Results included 7× growth, £350m+ ROI, NPS from −20 to +50, and leadership of a 700-person team spanning product, engineering, and go-to-market. He also grew a business unit from £50m to £150m+ in six months by restructuring strategy/stack and relaunching the ERP portfolio to higher-ACV segments. Earlier, at GE Healthcare, he held European GM and acting CEO responsibilities with full P&L of $500m, combining sales/marketing/finance/technology under a unified mission. Led creation of the GE Health Cloud and an accelerator/incubator, unlocking a $30bn+ platform opportunity, modernising teams, and reducing costs by ~40% to seed new product divisions.
Entrepreneurially, co-founded Empericus, a medtech intelligence platform that integrated clinical, wellness, and performance data; stewarded security, compliance (GDPR/HIPAA/PIPEDA etc.), and IP (trademarks, patent filing), earning multiple industry awards. During the pandemic, worked with NHS/EMIS to scale vaccine and testing data services, contributing an estimated £50m annual revenue and deepening partnerships across Microsoft/AWS and public health bodies. Remain a convenor in investor and leadership networks, including YPO, VAB, Pera Network, MyFractionalCEO and Harvard Alumni Entrepreneurs.
