How can I help you? I have run major ($500m+) operational transformation programmes and know most of the pitfalls. I can help you with independent assessment, advice and coaching on data strategy, governance and data-enabled transformation approach. What makes me different from Big-4? I'm ex-big-4 so I should know... in general, their strength lies in back-office transformation of HR, Finance and Procurement systems. My strength, and extensive experience, is in transforming the messy world of front-office value-chain processes in railway, highways, defence and energy infrastructure.
I'm current on good data governance, data science and AI developments, too. I even teach data science part-time at UNSW Mentem, part of the University of New South Wales.
