I am a people-centered professional with a unique journey across HR, business analysis, and DEI leadership. My path hasn’t been linear, but it’s been rich with learning, impact, and purpose and now, I’m returning to where my heart has always been: Human Resources.
During my MBA, I completed an HR internship that gave me a strong foundation in employee engagement, onboarding, performance management, and organizational development. I loved the blend of people strategy and operations, and it reinforced my belief that HR is about more than policies, it’s about shaping experiences that empower individuals and teams to thrive.
However, due to the uncertainties of the COVID-19 pandemic, I pivoted into a role as a Business Analyst. This phase of my career helped me sharpen my analytical thinking, stakeholder management, research, and communication skills. I worked on complex projects, collaborated with cross-functional teams, and developed an eye for systems, data, and structured problem-solving all of which continue to inform my HR lens today.
Alongside this, I gradually took on the responsibility of leading my company’s DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) community, with a special focus on disability inclusion. I curated awareness campaigns, invited external speakers, and built platforms for employees to share their lived experiences. These initiatives were not just workplace programs - they were moments of real connection and culture-building. DEI work brought me back to my core passion: creating environments where people feel seen, heard, and valued.
Now, I’m actively transitioning back to the HR space equipped with deeper insights, broader experience, and a stronger commitment to inclusion and empathy. Whether it’s talent strategy, inclusive communications, employee experience design, or DEI advisory - I bring both structure and soul to the work I do.
If you’re looking for someone who understands the big picture but never loses sight of the people in it - I’d love to partner with you. Let’s create work that feeMore...
