I spent the last few years building things from scratch. At Fruzzion, a Brussels-based beverage startup, I owned the full supply chain: sourcing, purchasing, planning, co-packer coordination, warehousing and ERP rollout. I cut costs by half and built processes that allowed us to scale production by 10x. I also created beverage recipes for our own brands and for private label clients. In parallel, I manage two hospitality properties in Marrakech remotely, which keeps me sharp on vendor management, team coordination and operational problem-solving across cultures.
