With over 30 years of diverse experience across multiple industries and countries, spanning both the commercial and non-profit sectors, I have developed a unique blend of managerial expertise and creative skills. These abilities have enabled me to fully leverage my potential in my role at Friedrich Ebert Stiftung (FES), a global German political organization with over a hundred offices worldwide, active in Lebanon since 1966. FES stands out as one of the few multinational organizations that remained operational throughout the Lebanese Civil War, demonstrating its resilience and unwavering commitment to its mission. Since joining FES Lebanon in 2018, I have successfully carried out all administrative management functions in parallel with creative leadership strategies, playing a pivotal role in enhancing the organization’s visibility. A key aspect of my work was harnessing my content creation and media production skills to craft compelling, impactful narratives that connect with diverse larger audiences. By developing and executing innovative media projects, I have been able to effectively communicate FES’s mission utilizing various platforms, including cinema, television, and digital streaming, to further the organization’s objectives. Merging these administrative and communication aspects of my work have highly enhanced my skills in strategic problem-solving, proactive negotiation, robust logistical planning and crisis management efficiency, in able to maintain parallel operations under Lebanon’s unpredictable political, economic, and social environment specifically in the past few years. My role at FES has been deeply fulfilling, offering me the opportunity to contribute to the organization’s growth, resilience, and ongoing success in driving meaningful change. It has also allowed me to continually develop my professional expertise in a dynamic, challenging environment.More...
