Having a significant experience in the sales team as key account manager here in France, I had the opportunity to lead 10 FTE team at HUGO BOSS wholesale southern hub subsidiary, where I developed many skills in client portfolio management, distribution and
brand strategy. This strong experience allowed me to increase and develop my ability to coordinate and keep both teams and internal collaborators on targets. I also developed tools with controlling team such as dashboards for efficient KPIs analysis, in order to follow
achievement of ambitious goals despite the profound crisis affecting the market.
Most recently, as a founder and owner of franchisee in the beer industry, I had a
comprehensive understanding of managing company: administration, HR, customer satisfaction (B2C), procurement and business development (B2B), project management, and
partnership implementation. The strategic aspect of business management, combined with
finance, was also an integral part of my responsibilities.
