As Founder & CEO of Fracture Labs, I’m building a scalable open-world development platform designed to reduce the cost, time, and risk of creating persistent multiplayer worlds.
Our flagship title, Decimated, is the first proof-of-execution — a post-apocalyptic survival RPG built in Unreal Engine 5, developed over 4+ years with a team of 36+ following a $4.1M raise in 2021. The game is currently live in open alpha on PC, with console and mobile versions in development.
Our focus is not just on a single title, but on building reusable systems for large-scale worlds, multiplayer infrastructure, and live-service economies — enabling us to develop and launch multiple games more efficiently over time.
Before founding Fracture Labs in 2018, I worked across AAA game development, motion capture, and real-time cinematics, contributing to major titles including Cyberpunk 2077, God of War, Returnal, The Division, Dying Light, and Borderlands 2.
I started my videogame career in 2008 in outsourcing and co-development, working across art, animation, VFX, and production pipelines for leading studios worldwide.
Earlier in my career, I was a music producer and sound designer, doing foley and dialogue recording/editing for short films and animations, and releasing electronic music under the names Espion and Error Response.
My work is driven by a passion for building ambitious worlds and long-term systems at the intersection of gaming, technology, and emerging player-driven economies.More...
