Jennifer White is the powerhouse behind Forever Girlfriends®, a fast-growing women’s empowerment organization transforming communities throughout the Richmond–Petersburg region and beyond. A strategist, community builder, and visionary leader, Jennifer created Forever Girlfriends on December 31, 2022, after stepping away from corporate life to answer a deeper calling: cultivating safe, supportive spaces where women can heal, grow, and thrive together.
Under her leadership, Forever Girlfriends has become one of the region’s most dynamic grassroots movements—serving over 1,000 families in 2025 and achieving an extraordinary 1,900% increase in fundraising within three years. Jennifer has expanded FG’s impact through programs like the Back-to-School/Teacher Experience Initiative, Grieving Daughters Support Circles, Future Women Leaders Scholarships, Business Mixers, Feeding the Unhoused, the Annual Mother’s Day Brunch, Prom Drives, and the FG Charity Golf Tournament.
Jennifer is known for her rare combination of heart and operational excellence. Armed with multiple advanced degrees, expertise in Lean Six Sigma, and a deep understanding of nonprofit strategy, she has built Forever Girlfriends into a sustainable, scalable model. Her work bridges empowerment, philanthropy, youth engagement, and community wellness—all while fostering a culture of sisterhood, accountability, and service.
In addition to leading FG, Jennifer is the creator of the Forever & Co. Café concept—a forthcoming social-impact coffeehouse and coworking hub in Petersburg dedicated to financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and community banking access. She also operates the Leo Renee Collective, a brand consultancy named in honor of her parents that supports entrepreneurs, creatives, and purpose-driven organizations.
