Me, Adriana Apolschii as a Team Leader for Cash and Voucher programs at World Vision, was involved in different activities such as cash and voucher distributions, the average amount of distributed amount was around 60,000 to 100,000 USD, in kind, NFI distributions, selecting process of beneficiaries, collaborating with local authorities, monitoring visits, assessments for rehabilitation, for Schools supplies and others, logistics for a better distribution, involved in procurement process and reporting for donors. All these mentioned above were to support around 100,000 refugees and vulnerable people from the community. Together with my team successfully implemented the activities for several projects founded by World Vision' Support offices and donors from New Zealand, USA, UK, South Korea, Germany and others. The results of the work and dedication was expressed through positive feedbacks from beneficiaries, their superiors and even the majors of villages. The support increased their credibility, self confidence, trust and of course a better integration in the community.
