Jessica Golda, RN, BSN, CNE, earned her associate degree in nursing from St. Luke's College of Nursing and her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from Coastal Carolina University. Jessica has been a charge nurse leader, endoscopy technician, pediatric and adult trauma specialist, and nursing education champion throughout her nursing career. She has revised policies and established protocols based on current evidence-based practices. Jessica initiated and published the policy and procedure for the use of Nitrous Oxide/Oxide therapy as an analgesic alternative to opioid administration in the pediatric demographic. In 2018, Jessica received the Naples Community Hospital Nurse of the Year Award for her dedication to providing excellent care to the community of Naples. In 2024, the Society of Simulation in Healthcare nominated her for Simulation Director of the Year.
