Before joining Pioneering Collective, Morgen served as a Founding Partner and Head of Client & Expert Services for FirstThought, a life sciences market research firm, where she grew the business from launch to achieve 6x year-over-year revenue growth in 3 years. In previous senior management roles at investor relations and consulting firms, Morgen consulted with biotech, pharma, medical device, and health care services organizations to craft compelling business narratives that reached medical and investment communities.
A founding board member of the Alliance for Advancement and Diversity in the Sciences (AADS), Morgen co-launched this 501C3 parent organization to the Board Placement Initiative (BPI), which places diverse candidates on corporate boards of private and publicly owned healthcare companies.
