I’m the COO of a large, PE-backed multi-site hospitality and leisure group with operations across the Nordics and broader Europe. My scope spans operations, HR, legal and organizational structure, recruitment, and strategy — the cross-functional work that keeps a complex, multi-country business running and growing.
Over the years I’ve built deep experience in:
• Scaling operations across Nordic and European markets with different labor laws, languages, and business cultures
• Leading organizational change — restructuring teams, designing new roles, and rebuilding underperforming units
• Executive recruitment, including running senior searches with external partners
• Translating strategy into operational priorities a leadership team can actually execute on
I work fluently across Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, and English, and I’m equally comfortable in a boardroom, a union negotiation, or on-site at a seasonal destination.
