Hi, I’m Alessandra—a social media and marketing professional with a passion for travel, mental health, reading, digital storytelling, content strategy, and connecting with people. I’ve worked with brands across publishing, health, and lifestyle industries, helping them connect with their audiences in meaningful, authentic ways.
Most recently, I was the Social Media Manager at New Harbinger Publications. There, I led their organic social strategy, created and scheduled daily content, designed graphics, and supported paid campaigns and influencer partnerships. Over nearly four years, I helped grow our social following by more than 50% and led the promotion of major brand initiatives like our podcast and affiliate program. I also provided social media consulting to authors and internal teams—something I really enjoyed.
Before that, I was the PR and Social Media Manager at Larada Sciences (Lice Clinics of America), where I created content for multiple channels and worked with partners to boost brand visibility.
My background blends public relations, social media, customer service, and sales. I earned my B.S. in Public Relations from San Jose State University and hold certifications in HIPAA, Hootsuite, and Canva.
