Something ignited within me when coaching came into my life.
As a young girl, I always pictured myself working in a high-powered Fortune 100 company, and it was natural that I would gravitate towards the technology space (thanks, Dad! 😉). For over 15 years I held positions at those companies to include business development, procurement, training creation and delivery, operations, and account management. But I felt unfulfilled and burned out. I was longing for more meaning in my career.
After experiencing a layoff, I had a discussion about becoming a professional coach. It struck me like lightening from that very first conversation that THIS is what I’m meant to do; to support others in living a life they design and actively choose. I experienced coaching for myself, and wow! It is an incredible gift to give oneself and served to solidify my decision to move forward on this path with my career.
Since then, I have immersed myself in the world of coaching and leadership. I earned my Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) designation from the Co-Active Training Institute and am a graduate of their widely recognized Co-Active Leadership Program. I am a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the ICF Colorado Charter Chapter, as well as the Institute of Coaching. I love being a coach!
I’m fortunate to have spent 6 years recently at the Co-Active Training Institute as a the only Senior Leadership Sales Advisor. I enjoyed working to empower others on their path in Co-Active Coaching and Leadership and was grateful to witness deep transformation every day. I’m was able to utilize a combination of my skills as I focused on enhancing the customer experience through the intersection of relationship, collaboration, technology, and design.
