Marjan I. Bojadjiev is a Professor at the University of Rome Tor Vergata, specializing in Corporate and Business Strategy, Leadership, and Organizational Culture. He also serves as Vice President of the Economic Chamber of North Macedonia. With more than 20 years of academic experience, he has published extensively on national and organizational culture, leadership, and strategy. He is also an expert in higher education quality assurance and serves as an ACBSP evaluator. In addition, he serves as an Honorary Consul of Hungary in Ohrid.
An avid traveler, Marjan brings real-world insights from his global business experience into the classroom, while also applying academic theory in his consulting practice. Outside academia, he enjoys music and is the founder of the new-wave band V.I.S. VOX.
