I have been working at FELDA since 2014. Starting in 2014, I was placed in the Training Division, Human Resources Department. I gained extensive experience in managing training programs for FELDA employees. During my time in the Training Division, I was also stationed at a training center, where I was given the opportunity to learn about facility management and financial at the center.
Then, from 2019 to the present, I was transferred to the Human Resources Department at the Headquarters and entrusted with managing job warrants, manpower planning, and placement norms under the Organizational Management section.
