I helped start TED‑Ed before I founded and ran a multimillion-dollar, national storytelling nonprofit. I now run VOE, a consulting firm specializing in narrative change and storytelling in Hollywood and beyond.
Most recently, I developed the strategy for Fremantle's global DEI initiative. I've consulted for Google, Hulu, Airbnb, Verizon, P&G, and AARP.
I believe stories can create magic, connection, and lifelong curiosity. I’ve built equity-driven campaigns, raised multimillion-dollar funding, and grown social-good initiatives — always by centering belonging and community power.
As an author, I write mostly about how we relate to one another — fiction and nonfiction. I just finished my debut novel, but I’ve worked on some incredible ghostwriting and editing projects.
As a public speaker, I talk about queerness, leadership, and how we can work together to create a better future.
I like to call myself a shared humanity advocate. I truly believe that in community, we have everything that we need.
Let's imagine — and build — a kinder, bolder world that feels like home to everyone.
