With a background in healthcare, it was in the community pharmacy where my interest in process management
developed and consolidated. The rapid growth of the business, combined with my analytical profile, led me to lead
projects for process design and optimization from an early stage. For ten years, alongside these projects, I have experience in
managing teams in dynamic and rapidly growing environments, as well as in operations management. More recently, I
