At Faculty of Sciences in Novi Sad, she graduated mathematics in 1982, mastered in 1985, and in 1987 defended PhD thesis "Convergence theory of relaxation methods for solving systems of equations". Since 1982, she works at the same faculty,  currently as a full professor (elected in 1997). She also teaches math and stat subjects for students of Educons University. She mentored two specialist theses, eight master's theses, and five PhD dissertations. She is the author of 15 textbooks or collections of exercises. Her scientific interest is primarily numerical and applied linear algebra, up to now she published 130 scientific papers,  participated in 94 international conferences,  11 of them as the invited plenary speaker. She was the head of the organizing committee and the head or member of the program committee for 20 international and 7 domestic scientific meetings. Lectures by invitation include Nis, Belgrade, Podgorica, Karlsruhe (Germany), Kent (Ohio, USA), Warszawa (Poland), Novorossiisk (Russia), Rostov-on-Don (Russia), Beijing (China), Shanghai (China), Zaragoza (Spain), Hong-Kong (Hong-Kong), Vitoria-Gasteiz (Spain), Prague (Czech Republic), Poznan (Poland), Dalian (China). Editorial activities include guest editor position for special issues of the journals Numerical Linear Algebra with Applications (M21a), Linear Algebra and its Applications (M21), Numerical Algorithms (M21), ELA - Electronic Journal of Linear Algebra (M22) and CEJM (M23). and referee position for over twenty M21-M23 international journals. She was the vice-dean for mathematics at the Faculty of Mathematics in Novi Sad from 1993-1996, and Deputy Provincial Secretary for Education and Culture of Vojvodina from 1990-1992.More...
