Dagmar Suissa is an accomplished HR leader and C-level executive with 20 years of experience spanning multiple countries and industries, including insurance, banking, media, retail, FMCG, and business services. Her expertise lies in organisational and leadership development particularly during challenging transitions like post-merger integrations, restructures, and disentanglements. By providing strategic support, she ensures leaders and teams can adapt quickly, align with new goals, and maintain productivity while embracing change. Dagmar also guides businesses in times of culture change, facilitates strategic sessions for boards and executive teams as well as supports individual leaders and executives through transformational coaching. She is based in the Netherlands, supporting clients both remotely when suitable or travelling to work face to face (mainly in Europe).
