Mr Rodrigo Barreto has been with ExxonMobil since Jan 2004, acting as Project Manager since Apr 2012 and he is currently working as Senior Design & Build Lead for projects related to Customer Onboarding in the O2C space, as part of a major Business Transformational Project he is currently in. He had been responsible for program of projects related to Sales Automation in the Fuels and Lubricants area of ExxonMobil using Salesforce platform and technologies. He also posses a vast experience in implementing SAP projects. Currently, he is responsible for an hybrid, diverse, multicultural and global team, with presence in several other cities around the world, such as: Bangalore, Bangkok, Budapest, Curitiba, Houston, Moncton and Prague.
Over the course of his career, he have had exposure to all sorts of IT projects, such as technology retirement, introduction of new technologies, global implementations of ERPs, CRMs, DAMs and Digital Transformation related projects.
He is member of PMI and Business Agility Institute. He is also an active mentor of several professionals in and out of the company he currently works, in the areas of Project Management, Agile Management, Career Development.
Currently, he is making his Master of Science in Business Administration focusing in Project Management and Process Mining.
