As Programme Leader for the DTS degree apprenticeship, I oversee the academic and professional progress of over 150-degree apprentices across five specialist pathways, in collaboration with more than 12 employer organisations. My role involves strategic programme coordination, academic oversight, and employer engagement to ensure high-quality delivery and alignment with industry needs. I lead and conduct Initial Assessments for prospective apprentices, facilitated Tripartite Reviews to support learner development, and ensure compliance with apprenticeship standards and quality assurance processes. My work bridges academic learning with real-world application, supporting apprentices in their progression both within the programme and into their careers.
