Francis Chan is a results-oriented trainer, coach and facilitator. Before become a Trainer, Francis has worked as a I.T. professional specialised in system implementation, business analysis and system training over 10 years. Francis has used LEGO Education to teach STEAM in primary and secondary schools for 10 years.
Francis has hosted various LEGO Serious Play workshop for individuals and corporation in HK, ShenZhen and Malaysia in the past 2 years. Those workshops includes Personal Development, Creativity, Personal Coaching as well as Team Building and Communication Workshop. The workshop participants stated that Francis can facilitate and coach them to aware themselves. They can get insight from the workshop.
