I am a former U.S. Army Aviation Officer and a Commercial Helicopter Pilot – Instrument, and I hold a range of certifications including Certified Development Coach from the CaPP Institue, Certified Coach, Trainer, and Speaker with The Maxwell Leadership Team, Maxwell DISC Consultant, Facilitator for The 6 Types of Working Genius, Miller Heiman Certified Professional, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
In addition to my operational and leadership experience, I currently serve as an Administrative Pastor, where I lead and develop ministry staff, help execute the Senior Pastor's vision, and oversee key operational areas such as finance, HR, facilities, IT, and office administration. My role in ministry has allowed me to combine my strategic leadership abilities with my passion for supporting and developing individuals and teams, fostering an environment of growth, collaboration, and excellence.
