Eric C. Johnson is a global CEO, board advisor, and strategic consultant with more than 20 years of experience driving growth, innovation, and international expansion in technology and consumer electronics.
As the Founder and CEO of HELM Audio, Eric built a six-time CES Innovation Award-winning brand and pioneered hearing health innovation. During the global supply chain crisis, he restructured international partnerships, launched four new products, and achieved 35% revenue growth, demonstrating his ability to turn disruption into opportunity.
Previously, Eric spent 12 years in Hong Kong as Managing Director of eAsia Consulting, where he enabled Western companies to design, launch, and commercialize new electronic consumer products in partnership with Chinese manufacturers. He also guided Chinese suppliers in securing U.S. and European brand partnerships and building sales channels that delivered 50X growth.
Earlier leadership roles include senior sales and marketing positions with AMD, Ewing-Foley, and Interactive Silicon, where his strategies generated hundreds of millions in new sales revenue and expanded global market share.
Eric began his career as a Naval Officer, serving as Chief Pilot, Mission Commander, and Instructor Pilot. He created the Navy’s first windshear training program and was a recipient of the Navy Achievement Medal and the Navy Commendation Medal.
