I’m a experienced Early Years Education Consultant, currently consulting for Oxford University to help deliver language intervention. EWEY, my company name, came into being after I chose to leave a 9 year term as a Headteacher, where I leveraged over 2 decades of experience to embed and develop early childhood learning strategies.
Colleagues always remark on my engaging and supportive approach, and I have taken this further through advocation for Early Years in the All Party Parliamentary Group for Maintained Nursery Schools. In recent years I have developed several very well received documents and guides which are now widely used in the Midlands. My expertise in curriculum development and passion for fostering inclusive, aspirational learning environments for both children and staff have empowered me to talk at conferences held by Early Education and the NAHT.
