I am a Computer Engineer, technology entrepreneur, and Senior Software Architect with over 30 years of experience designing, developing, and leading the delivery of complex systems, embedded solutions, and mission-critical software across industry, defense, telecommunications, and aerospace sectors.
My career is grounded in deep technical expertise, hands-on engineering, and a strong systems-thinking mindset. While I have founded and led technology-driven companies, my core professional identity remains that of an engineer, someone who builds, models, integrates, validates, and delivers reliable, high-performance systems in complex operational environments.
I Co-founded and led VOXEL Engenharia de Sistemas for over two decades and am the founder and current director of UVSBR - Unmanned Vehicle Systems do Brasil, a company specialized in custom-engineered, high-performance systems integrating software, firmware, and hardware for autonomous vehicles, robotics, and advanced industrial applications. I also held a minority stake and technical leadership role at Power Scan Tecnologia, and have managed companies in diverse sectors - including fashion retail - gaining extensive experience in finance, legal, HR, operations, and strategic management.
Over the years, I have participated in international engineering projects involving multidisciplinary teams from different countries, coordinating local technical teams and deploying specialized field crews for remote service operations, particularly in telecommunications, industrial automation, and mission-critical environments. This global exposure reinforced my understanding of cross-cultural collaboration, technical documentation standards, and system integration under complex regulatory and operational conditions.
