My background includes leading government initiatives in Oregon and Washington, with a focus on workforce equity and inclusive development. Most recently, I authored a federally approved bi-state workforce equity plan for the $6B+ Interstate Bridge Replacement Program — a critical infrastructure project spanning both states and communities.
Rooted in my experience as a neo-farmer in rural Colombia, I bring a healing-centered approach to leadership that blends ancestral knowledge, community engagement, and emerging technologies.
