A versatile Site Manager with over 7 years of experience in delivering site management from track renewals, civil works, demolition, Shell & Core, Cat A and Cat B project sign-off for residential and commercial properties. In my previous role as Site Manager for Greater Anglia Train, I have delivered a number of station refurbishment projects, car park drainage and resurfacing projects including lift renewal projects just to name a few.
I have also handed over a £10 million commercial Refurbishment and Extension project owned by Southwark Council as part of the Peckham Rye Redevelopment Project. This project included structural strengthening, 2-storey extension, fit-out and external works. In addition, the refurbishment and shell and core fit-out of 3 More...
