As a Client Success Manager I am in charge of following our clients from the very first onboarding through the whole sales cycle. I focus on building strong relationships with clients to ensure they achieve value from a company’s products or services. My role focuses on onboarding customers, understanding their needs, proactively solving problems, and driving long-term satisfaction and retention. I work cross-functionally with sales, product, and support teams to improve the customer experience, identify growth opportunities (upselling/cross-selling), and reduce churn. Also I monitor customer health metrics, provide strategic guidance, and act as a trusted advisor to help clients meet their goals. My role also entails ensuring their success during and after course completion, setting concrete action plans to target goals, client consultation, career coaching, tech sales coaching, interview coaching. Daily administration of emails, calls, chat.
