She currently serves as the Executive Vice President of People and Talent for Elmington Capital Group, a commercial real estate investment, development, construction, affordable housing, and property management firm headquartered in Nashville. Elmington’s over 1000 employees operate, acquire, develop, and construct properties throughout 20+ states. Erin has the pleasure of leading the HR, Talent Acquisition, IT, Employee, Corporate Facilities, and Marketing departments in her current role.
