Primarily I work on interim projects in Human Resources area. I took a sabbatical.
During this time period I work with few individual clients and 2 small groups using art- and music-therapy to help them overcome their discomfort / difficulties.
I am available for remote administrative support of any kind, namely: admin in general, scheduling, remote assistance/support, any admin in HR area including job posting, CV reviews, interview/meeting scheduling, profiling, quick or more deep-diving candidate assessments....., managing someone's time, work with excel, powerpoint, creating content, trainigs.., participate on interesting activities. I can also participate, attend or manage/lead calls via various platforms as per your preference.
I am good in leadership area, incl. international teams lead remotely, Gen Z & other generations communication finetuning.
Open to remote art-therapeutic / coaching sessions as well, in case of interest.
Please, note, my French and Russian language skills are currently passive as there was no need to use these languages on a professional level for 20+ years. In case of need I can activate both within max 3 months. Thank you for your kind understanding...
