With 10+ years across healthcare and non-profit (7+ with Alberta Health Services), I specialize in organizational change and capability building: creating pragmatic OCM plans, aligning stakeholders, and designing/delivering training that equips end users and leaders. I supported the provincial Connect Care rollout—one of the largest EMR/EHR implementations in the world—coordinated and onboarded the Super User program, mapped workflows in Visio to inform training, and maintained SharePoint/Teams spaces so learning resources are easy to find and use.
